Office 97 on Win2003 Term server

I have been runing NT4 Terminal Server w office 97 for a
few years now and want to upgrade with a fresh OS install
on new hardware.

My Question is:
Do I need to run the compatability scripts for office 97
after installing it on a clean Win2003 terminal server?
If so where can I get these?
