Office 97 SBE and Windows XP

Hi

I replaced my old machine with a new computer that has
windows XP. I'm installing office 97 SBE and the
programs won't run. Any help would be appreciated

Actually, I reinstalled and then set to win98 config. and
it worked fine. Before that, the programs wouldn't open,
or if they did would crash immediately. All's well now
though. Thanks!

Office 97 should run on Windows XP. Can you
be more specific on what issues you're having?
Did you shut down all other running software/antivirus
when installing?
