Office 97 setup program

How can I get the setup program for my upgrade copy of
Office 97 to recognize Works 7.0 (2003) as a qualifying
product? Microsoft Knowledge Based Article # 158069
states that all versions of Works qualify for this
purpose. I am trying to install my office 97 upgrade
copy on a replacement computer and have had no luck even
though I appear to meet the upgrade requirements.

I have office 2000 and just got a computer with os xp
home and works on it. I tried drive c: and it didn't
find qualifying product so then I tried my cd drive and
it worked. Try all the drives it will let you get access
to. Good Luck
