I had to reinstall MSOffice 97 Suite on a computer running
WIN98 se and all went well but when I tried to access
MSACCESS I got the following error message. "Microsoft
Access can't start because there is no license for it on
machine". Based on KB search I uninstalled and reinstalled
and the same thing (all the other components work fine). I
uninstalled again and this time also went into the
registry and deleted every reference to MSOffice and its
components (very time consuming). I reinstalled and again
the same message when I try to open MSAcccess. I need that
program. Any suggestions or fixes? If you can, please also
send an e-mail response. (e-mail address removed)
