Office 97 Shortcut Bar running on XP Pro

I upgraded my machine from 98 to XP Pro.

After minimizing the Office 97 Shortcut Bar to the taskbar
on the desktop, when I click on the icon, it will move up
to the top left corner of the screen. Clicking on it and
selecting "Restore" from the drop down menu will restore it
to its normal size.

Does anyone have any solutions/suggestions?
