Search for and double click the msoffice.exe file to
display the sc bar.
(Some versions have a shortcut in Programs MS Office
Tools. It is msoffice.exe in newer versions and I believe
it was in 97. If not, look for the .exe in c:\program
files\office\... that has an icon like a jigsaw puzzle
and double click it.)
