Office 97 to 2000 compataibility

Hello, I have been looking and can not seem to find any "known issue"
documents for a 97 to 2000 upgrade.

Does anyone know where I should look/find these docs, particularly for Excel
97 to Excel 2000?

Should be no big deal. You are, though, upgrading to a very old and
almost out of date version. Why not go straight to 2003 (skipping both
Office 2000 and Office XP)?

An Access97 file structure differs from Access2K
You would need to convert any A97 db to an A2k db, it depends on original
coding of the db as to whether this is straightforward.
