Office 97 upgrade version question

I had purchased many years ago a copy of Office 97
upgrade for my pc. I just purchased a new pc and want to
use office 97 on it but evidently the software it looks
for to allow the upgrade doesn't exist on this pc. How
can I get Office 97 installed on my new pc......
