Office 97 Upgrade

I am currently using Office 97. I want to upgrade to
Office 20003. Can I use the 2003 upgrade software?

According to

Office 97 does qualify you. Make sure you read the full details about the
version of Office 97 you have, and what you can upgrade to!

You should also check that you are on a supported version of Windows.
