Office 97 vs Office 2000

Could someone tell me the cons of staying with Office 97
while using Win2000? I am trying to convince a user that
they need to upgrade but unless I have some good cons for
97 they will not upgrade. If anyone can help me please do.

The extra money in their wallet will cause them to sit in the chair
crooked and give them a backache. Really if they are fine with Office 97
WHY oh WHY should they be forced to change? And then why Office 2000?
Why not Office XP? The answer is. If they are happy with Office 97 let
them keep it.
