Office 97

I am used to Microsoft Office 2000 but have started a job
where they use Office 97. When I am multi-tasking, the
taskbar only shows which programs I am running and not the
individual documents. So to switch back and forth between
documents I have to to "window" and select the one I
want. Can I change this so that I can see all the
documents that I have open on the taskbar?
