office 97

i upgraded to xp then installed office 2000 before i found
out my printer did not work so i uninstalled xp and now i
can't get my office 97 to work again using my windows 98
os. i need help. i tried to reinstall office 97 but it
still won't work. what can i do?

What won't work? How won't it work?

Basically, you may need to uninstall and reinstall as a
test to see what happens. If it is the printer that won't
work then you may have to uninstall and reinstall the
printer driver as this is not dependant on the
application (Office 97).

Since you are on Windows 98, you may want to use the
following utility to test

Basically clean boot the system and then work from there.
