Office 97

My Office 97 program has just started giving me an error
Message "Microsoft Access can't start because there is no
license for it on this machine". I have been using it
all along. I own the program and also have Office 2000
installed on this machine. Both programs have been
operating, until this message showed up. I tried to
uninstall and reintall in a different directory/folder
but the message still pops up. What do I need to do?
