Office 97

Please Help... I had to restore my laptop with restore
disk and Windows ME. Previously I had installed Office 97
on it with no problems, now it will not install.

I get a window that says: This product is an upgrade to
Microsoft Office 97. To use it you must own one of the
qualifying products listed on the box... Note I do not
have the box anymore,just the Cd.. What are the qualifying
products?? They were there before I restored the
computer..

I then proceed and the next window says: Hard Disk search
failed please wait.. The next window says: Setup has
reserached your hard drive disk and cannot find any of the
qualifying products..

Can someone help me, if I need to install a qualifying
product what's the cheapest to buy and get through this?
