Office 98 for MAC compatiblility

We have a copy of MS Office 98 for MAC currently on a OS 9.2.2 environment.
We want to migrate to OS 10.2 and try to use Office 98. Will this work with
upgrades after an install or do I need to buy a new Office suite for OS
10.2?

Office98 will work fine in Classic mode.

If you want to run native OSX, get Office 2004.
