Office Accounting 2008 - decimal places in Time Entries

I want to have the number of decimal places consistent in the invoices
after exporting to a Word template. The problem seems to be in the way
the Duration (hours) field is formatted on the Time Entry screen.
Currently it's like this:

1
0.5
0.25

I want it to always have 2 decimal places like this:

1.00
0.50
0.25

It seems beyond difficult to get the Word template to take care of
this, so it will have to be done within Office Accounting, so it's
already done when the export occurs. Does anyone know how to do this?
