office accounting 2008 set-up

I am a new user and just downloaded the accounting program and imported files
from Qbooks 2005.
Q1: My accounts are there, but there is no transaction history...?
Q2: Attempted to remedy by downloading banking transactions online, but my
bank is not included on the list...?
Q3: If it turns out this is a bad decision try this software; are there any
problems uninstalling it from vista?
Please advise...
