Office Accounting Express 2008- Invoice Templates

I have found MOA Express 08 very frustrating.

I am trying to modify an invoice template...which I do following
instructions I have found in the Resource Center, however, when I want to use
the modified template, I can't get it to come up.

The invoice I am using...I can't get the customer phone number to print. It
is there on my screen, but it disappears on the print preview. What
happens?? Why won't it print?

Can anyone help me?
