Office Add-Inn Error -- SBCMSYNC.dll

Just finished re-formatting HD and installed Office 2003. Also installed
Office updates from MS Website. When starting Outlook for the first time I
got this message -- "You receive the "<Path> is not a valid Office add-in"
error message when you start Outlook." Looked through Know. Base -- only
article I found dealt with earlier ver. of Outlook
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=235009). Any ideas on what to do? Is
this article ok - or do i seek another? Thanks

the kb applies to all versions of outlook. file paths may be different - use
search if need be.
