Office Address Book/Contacts

I just upgraded from Word 2004 to Word 2008 and my contacts in my Address Book are gone. Can I import them from Word 2004? And if so, how?

Which Address Book?

Entourage should import them automatically when you start Entourage. If you
have a large database, this might take a few minutes.

Entourage manages the database Word stores contacts in.

I don't have the full Office Suite, only Word 2008. After posting my question last week, and having my computer off for 2 days and then re-booting this morning, I found that all my Office Address Book contacts were there. I spoke too soon.

OK, now I feel really dumb. Can I blame it on Monday morning?

I still do not have my Office Address Book contacts for Word 2008. This morning I mistakenly opened Word 2004 and of course my contacts were there. So, back to my original question, is there a way to import my contacts from Word 2004 into Word 2008?

No, not without Entourage 2008 installed, as far as I know.
