Office and Clipart

Hello

I have Office 2003 pro installed and fully patched, running under XP pro sp2
also fully patched. The system is set up for 5 users and runs extremely well
except for one item. This has been a problem for us since the beginning and I
hope there is a kind heart out there that can help.

The situation has to do with the clipart, my children wish to use it
frequently for many reasons but, it is hard to get to it.

On the C: drive under Programs Files>Microsoft Office>Clipart>PUB60cor,
there is a 26mb file full of clips. These clips do not show up in the user
accounts for instant use. Also there is a file CAGCAT10 full of clips. I know
there is ample online but we are only on dial up and the best speed we have
ever received is 28.8kbs. This is fine if what you want to do is in the
distant future.

I have received some assistance with this before but it only made the clips
available to me and the others had to copy the clips from my account to
theirs in order to get the completed task. We had the system completely
reinstalled and the exact same problem has returned, except without the clips
in my account and school is around the corner.

In some situations depending where the clip art is located you will probably need to put in your CD to access them. Like I said "depending on the situation" Some clip art is able to install to the computer and some you will need the disk containing the clip art.

Thank you for the rapid response!
I perhaps have some difficulty explaining this, the files are on my system
and can be viewed ,cut, copied, pasted, stretched and so on. I know where
they are, my children also know where they are but as limited users they do
not have access to the C:\ drive. When I am available they can have them.
The CAGCAT10 file I spoke of does infact show up in the Clip Organizer and I
think this is so because at the end of that file there is a Catalouge File
for the 125 images inside it.
On the other file PUB60cor which has 1600+ images all which can be accessed
by me but not through the Clip Organizer. There is no Catolouge File to be
found for PUB60Cor is there actually supposed to be one. If so what is it
called and where do I find it. If it is missing from my Retail Version Disks
is there a link to download it.
