Office and Outlook activation problem

Hi all

I have an acitvation problem with Outlook 2007 from Office trial. I
downloaded the office 2007 trial but only installed Outlook (as there is no
Outlook trial). It then came towards the end of the trial and so I paid for
Outlook online and got the confirmation email etc. I then activated Outlook
and it was fine for a time until the main Office trial itself expired and
now it has disabled outlook and returned it to a trial version. Inputting
the serial doesnt work as it now expects a full Office serial not the Otlook
one. Contacting the online support system fails as it doesnt recognise the
Offfice product ID. So basically I am going round and round in circles. I
have purchased Outlook but cannot use it. I try to install the download file
that I got when I purchased the software but this just unintsalls Outlook
completley and doesnt give an option to re-install (it's greyed out). This
is all totally crazy. I have paid for something I cannot use and am now
seriously considering getting my money back via my credit card. Can anyone
help? How do I get an actual install version of outlook 2007 that I can
install?

Regards
Dane

Uninstall any and all Office 2007 versions, together with any activation
assistant.
Reboot
Install from your saved installation file (which I trust you have a backup
of)

Outlook alone is not available as an online download, Office is

Thanks DL. After lots of uninstalling of practically anything office related
it worked.
