"office application version does not match"

WHENEVER I TRY TO CONVERT MY MICROSOFT WORD 2007, IT SAYS "OFFICE APPLICATION
VERSION DOES NOT MATCH". THE WORST PART IS, I DO NOT KNOW WHAT FILE NEEDS TO
BE DELETED OR UNISTALLED TO FIX IT. HOW DO I GET MY NORMAL SERVICE RIGHT AND
FIX THIS PROBLEM SO THAT I CAN USE MY MICROSOFT PROPERLY?
