I have an HP DeskJet845c which I have loved -- until now. Every time I try to print from any apps in the Office 2008 suite, I get a pop-up msg saying that "[app name] has encountered an error and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I've downloaded and re-installed the latest HP driver for this printer (which supposedly is also included w/ OS X.5) but to no avail. The only thing I can think of is to delete any HP printer drivers that may be installed and do a clean install of the driver for the 845c, but I'm not sure how to do so. Alternatively, I'd be very receptive to suggestions from forum members.
