I have a couple of users who have started to have problems with printing
from Outlook and Excel. The environment is XP Pro SP3 and Office 2003.
Whenever the Print or Print Preview menu item is selected thay get a message
about there being no printers available on the workstation, but there are
indeed printers available per the Printers and Faxes control panel applet.
Printing from Word works fine, and if a mail item is opened in a separate
window the printing works fine. My user is unable to print any Excel document
or anything directly from Outlook, including the Preview Pane or any Calendar
view.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the printer has no effect.
Any ideas?
