Office asking for license

Hi, our PC was victim of lightning strike. Use cable modem and NIC card
fried. New card installed today. Now Outlook 2002 wants me to renew my
license in order to use full product (can't send 'new' emails, etc or add to
calendar). Not on a home network. Any clues? Thanks!
