Office assistant cannot be changed

I use Office 2003 and when I try to use the Gallery of the Office Assistant
to change it to a cat, it tells me I have not enough memory to do so. can
anyone tell me what I need to do

Repair Office and try again. If you still get the message, maybe the warning
is correct?
