Office Assistant not installed

I have install on all the computers the office assistants but there is one
computer when you open older documents that keeps bringing up the error
message that it needs to install at least 1 Office Assistant.
It runs Windows 2000 Pro.

Any advice on this would be very much appreciated I just can't seem to get
it to hold on to the assistants.

would this be an error with in Windows Small Business Server 2003 and
running older windows versions on the PC's?
