I am using Windows XP SP2 on a home PC. Not long ago I upgraded from MS
Office XP to MS Office 2003. Everything seems to be ok except that Office
2003 takes uses a lot more system resources than Office XP. Occasionally,
right after booting my system and starting Outlook, the office assistant will
not start, and I get an error message stating something to the effect that
office assistant needs MS Agent 2.0. To get around this, I close down
Outlook and restart it. Then I to go into the Help menu and start office
assistant. As I said this only happens occasionally and only the first time
I start Outlook after a system startup.
