If you want responses from Microsoft, the best way is to contact them
directly. These news groups are peer-to-peer and any Microsoft
participation is voluntary and at their discretion.
As for the Office Assitant Kairu, if you have any Japanese friends, ask them
to send it to you for Office 2000 and later. You can also get more
characters from the Agentry Ring - see this page for the required software
