office assistant

my office assistant will not open auto, when I click on help, show office
assistant it appears for a few seconds then closes, if I do it again the
program locks up. This is all office programs. Please help as I use the
assistant alot.

Yes I tried that, even in each program.

What version of Office is this happening with? Have you applied all
relevant service packs and patches?
