Office Assistant

Could you tell me why I get a message regarding the Office Assistant...("The
Office Assistant could not be started. Please repair the Assistant by running
Office 2000 setup and selecting Repair Office 2000."). I have not hidden the
Office Assistant and this message doesn't come up all the time. It has only
started since we put in a new server with Exchange 2003.

We have been having this issue since we did an upgrade also to Exchange 2003
and received the licenses with it.

No error message if you have Office 2002 working with the Outlook 2003.
Only with Office 2000 going with Outlook 2003.

We upgraded one office app to 2003 and the error disappears. I would venture
to guess it has something to do with the coding between the two.

Now you can at least in some of my cases close the Outlook 2003 and open the
Office application and not get the error but you cannot open Outlook 2003
until you are finished with the other application. Not really an answer but
a workaround until I find something different.
