This will sound strange but we have lost the ability to SEE the office
assistant. I mean if you goto show office assistant, you get the "tip
balloon" but you can't see the actual assistant. its very strange...my client
needs this assistant to perform certain word merge function with another
application.
This all seemed to happen after some updates were applied on Wednesday,
mostly security updates.
I've un-installed and re-installed, but like I said, I can see the bubble as
if he IS there but the actual "Paper Clip Guy" doesn't show up. I've tried
other Assistants and they all do the same.
Office 2003.
Any help?
