Office bar is missing

In my All Users\Start Menu I have the following shortcut "C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA9.EXE" -b -l

But I never get my office bar visible.

I do have a video card which outputs to two monitors:

1. Korea Data Systems Visual Sensation VS-7/VSx-7 on NVIDEA GeForce4
2. Sony GDM 400PS/400ST/19PS on NVIDEA GeForce4 MX 440

I've had mixed success with my screen savers since I got this card.

Hi Howard,

It may be opening off screen, but

from Start=>Run see if using
MSOffice.exe
starts the shortcut bar. If not,
it may not be installed correctly
and you may want to check the feature settings
in the Microsoft Office listing in
Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control panel.
