Office binder

We want to know how to protect an Office Binder from
unwanted changes, yet, let others view the binder as Read
Only. Word has a way to do this, but, we can not find it
in Binder. We use Office 2000.

Thanks

One way is to right-click on the binder icon, choose "Properties," and
check "Read-only."
