Office Binder

I am trying to use Office Binder as a way of sending a
collection of documents to clients. Does anyone have
experience doing this? Does the user need to have Binder
installed, or will it be read only if they have MS Word
and the other Office Suite products? Also, my colleague
is having trouble printing all documents at once in a
Binder that I sent her? What could be causing this
problem?

Hi, Casey,

The user needs to have Binder installed to view Binder files. Also note
that versions of Office after 2000 don't have Binder at all, though you can
install it from a previous version.

Have you considered using a ZIP file? This would be a great way to package
collections of documents, and it supports folder structures, too.

Without knowing the printer setup and specific issues your colleague is
having, you might try searching the Microsoft Knowledge Base to see if
something helps:

http://support.microsoft.com/search...L&maxResults=25&Titles=false&numDays=&InCC=on

If the above link doesn't work, go to support.microsoft.com, search the
knowledge base on the words

binder print

to see if you get anything helpful that applies to your situation.
