office button appearance

Hi,

When I run Word from one of my log-ins the office button is its usual
multi-coloured self, but when I run it from my other log-in it appears to be
a monochromatic line-drawing outline of itself. It is really rather plain
looking. At first I thought maybe that indicated compatibility mode, but it
seems not. Now I think maybe it is the installed Windows theme I have on the
one log-in. Anyone else experience this? Anyone know the explanation?

Just Curious,
Bryan

Hi Bryan,

Check the Display color depth settings and also check in Accessibility options to see if the 'high contrast' color choice for
display has been turned on. Either of those can sometimes cause the issue you're seeing.
