Office button missing commands

I am using Access 2007 and normally it works perfectly. The Microsoft Office
Button has all the normal commands on most daabases. But when I open one
particular old Access database (I believe it is 97) the MOB only has Close
and Exit. Any suggestions?

I can only guess that the database has properties set to hide all the usual
options. You might try downloading my Properties Setter at
http://thatlldoit.com/utilsaddins.aspx . It will give you a way to see what
the settings are and make the necessary changes so you can open the database
and remove whatever code is hiding everything. (It's usually called by the
startup form or AutoExec macro).
