In our shared calendar when Joe inputs an "All Day" events others see the
event with the clocks at either end. When the event is opened by Tom it shows
as "11am to 11PM." If Tom changes the event to all day, then Joe sees it with
the Clocks and it is listed as "11am to 11pm"

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Joe asked:
