Office CD

I recently purchase Microsoft Office 2003 and I have installed it one time.
My computers hard drive crashed and now I have a new hard drive and can't get
the disk with Word to do anything. I need to reinstall word for school and it
won't load or install. The other two disk are fine. Is there anything I can
do? Will I have to purchase another copy or can I have this disk replaced?

What happens if you put the CD into your CD drive, then click on Start | Run,
browse to the CD drive (maybe drive e:?), click on setup.exe, and click on
Open?

This did not work. The other two CD's worked but the CD with word won't run
or install. The CD has to be bad. It is the only CD I am having trouble with.

Did you try to clean the cd? Take a soft cloth and wipe in a straight line
from the center to the outer edge over the entire disk. Do not wipe in a
circular motion.
