Office CD2

I have recently purchased Office 2007 (Academic version) to upgrade my older
Office 2003 (Academic) system. The package contains 2 cds. The first is
obviously to install the programs. However, there is nothing in the
documentation I received to indicate what CD2 is for. The installation
program does not seem to require CD2..so, my question is...What is CD2 for?

I don't know if you mean "academic", which means you are a student and
purchased it at a lesser price from your school's bookstore et al or if you
mean Home and Student Edition, which can be purchased from your local
software retailer. I would suggest looking at the CDs and see if there's
anything written on them. If not, put it in your drive and see what it
contains.

The second CD will first install some updates such as for .NET. Then, you
will get the option to install two optional applications: Business Contact
Manager for Outlook 2007 and Accounting Express 2007.
