office clipart .aspx files crash on open in ie7

When trying to open downloaded office clipart .aspx files in Internet Explorer 7 (in Vista 64) it always crashes with this error message:

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Empty your temporary cache. In IE, tools, Internet options, delete files.

When you go to the clipart section of Office Online, if you'll just hit
"open" when you download the clips, they should install correctly, then you
can get to them from the clip organizer within any Office application.
