Office clipart insertion 'hanging' office programs

When I open powerpoint (or any office app with clipart) and then go to insert
- clipart, the program 'hangs'

I had a quick solution whereby I'd open the organise clips link then the
program seemed to be alright.

The main problem I think is because it is trying to search through the WEB
COLLECTIONS.

Is is possible to disable searching through this folder?

I know it is the web collections because an error message appeared (finally
after much trying) saying:

Clip organiser cannot complete the operation. It is illegal to call out
while inside message filter. - Error code 0x80010005.

From my understanding, this error code is relating to a file location error.
Basically there are connections issues inntermittently with the microsoft
servers, hence not being able to get through to online clipart.

A solution to this would be brilliant, it's really irritating me...

Do a detect and repair from the Organizer's help. Start the Organizer from
start, Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Clip Organizer. It wouldn't hurt to
compact the Organizer as well.

Also it probably will be helpful to empty your temporary cache. In Internet
Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete, delete files.
