Office 2003 clipboard was working by being able to grab content CTRL-C'd
from Ultraedit, a text editor. Yes, it was doing that. And I was happy
that it was doing that. And, yes, I can swear that that's how it was
working - I am not mistaken.
But now, after a power-loss reboot, it doesn't capture any content other
than from Office 2003 applications.
(Almost all of the information that discusses the Office Clipboard I found
googling the clipboard concerns getting it to stop appearing unwanted.
That's not this problem.)
I was looking around for a setting that may not have been recorded, or
something that got reset after the reboot, but didn't find anything.
