Office Clipboard in Word 2000 to 2007

I have a Medical application developed using Microsoft Word that must not
allow any sort of CUT - PASTE outside of the application itself.

I'v been able to resolve all issues with the Windows Clipboard, but can't
find any way of handling the office clipboard.

Is there any way to "stop collecting" or "clear all" from the Clipboard task
pane?
I read about the Word 2000 registry hack, but that's all I found so far.
