Office clipboard not clearing

My Office 2007 Clipboard is not clearing it reads http://windows
scannercenter.com/?id=93087288166

at my icons I havea little clipboard that reads 1-24 clipboard

I have tried to delete at both places and it won't go away. It is
frustrating because I can't use my clipboard

Please any ideas ty
