Office Clipboard

Does anyone else have problems with the Office 2002 Clipboard?
Screenshots of my current screen somehow end up on the Office
clipboard, even when I'm not doing any copying or cutting. It is
often difficult to clear the clipboard -- it seems to keep filling up
with two copies of my current screenshot. I've seen many threads on
this subject, and I've tried a couple of the different solutions that
I've seen posted, but none of it seems to help.

If anyone knows of a sure-fire way to completely and permanently
disable or un-install the Office Clipboard, please post. It certainly
does not increase my productivity as I spend more time trying to keep
it clear of screenshots so that I don't end up with unpredictable
paste operations. Thanks.

Hi Steve,

I've not seen the behavior you describe unless the
print screen key is used or there's a 3rd party clipboard
or capture utility running.

When the Office XP clipboard taskpane is visible click
the options button or right click on the Office clipboard
icon in the system tray to disable it.
