Office Communicator 2005 Issues in sending files

Hi,

I'm not able to send files using Office communicator working in another
building. I get a message as "Cannot send "struts.zip" to Smita Patel. This
may be due to firewall restrictions or network problems. Please try again. If
you need further assistance, contact your system administrator." What should
I do? Sometimes I'm able to send the file successfully but the other person
is not able to send it to me.
