Office Communicator Auto-Startup

It seems the following registry key controls the auto start up mode fo the
Office Communicator client.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Communicator\AutoRunWhenLogonToWindows

Is there a group policy property similiar to the NetMeeting client that can
disable or enable auto-startup for the Office Communicator client?
