Office communicator scribble tool

I don't know where I can find the scribble tool on the office communicator.
I've seen my officemate have a scribble tool but found the rest of the team
without it.

The scribble tool is next to the emoticons and font color pallet from what
I've seen. But i nor most of the folks in our office have it.

You may want to post this in the Office Communicator discussion group and mention there the version of Communicator and the version
of Windows you're using.
